Paddy Doherty
**Patrick “Paddy” Doherty was born on 6 February 1959 in Manchester, England. An Irish Traveller by heritage, he built a reputation as a former bare-knuckle boxer** before becoming one of the most recognisable faces in British reality television.
Rise of the Footsoldier 3
Doherty made his acting debut in Rise of the Footsoldier 3: The Pat Tate Story (2017), taking on the role of the Gypsy King. The casting was a natural fit, given his background in bare-knuckle fighting and his larger-than-life public persona. His presence in the film added an authentic edge to the brutal, uncompromising world the Rise of the Footsoldier series is renowned for portraying. The same year, he also appeared in The Pugilist (2017), again playing a character named Paddy.
Television Career
