Kirsty J. Curtis
Born on 27 October 1987 in Dartford, Kent, Kirsty J. Curtis is a British actress with a varied career spanning film, television, and theatre. She is perhaps most recognisable to fans of British crime cinema for her recurring role in the Rise of the Footsoldier series.
Rise of the Footsoldier Connection
Curtis first appeared in the franchise in Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins (2021), playing DCI Jones. She reprised the role in Rise of the Footsoldier: Vengeance (2023), cementing DCI Jones as one of the series’ most persistent law enforcement figures. Her portrayal brings a determined, authoritative presence to the cat-and-mouse tension that runs throughout both films.
Film Career
Beyond the Footsoldier franchise, Curtis has built an impressive list of credits across British cinema.
